Terms of Service

By submitting a listing application to the Staffing Company Network, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

Listing Term & Coverage

The pre-launch special listing covers the balance of calendar year 2026 and all of calendar year 2027. Your primary listing will be published on StaffingCompanies.com, and syndicated to our secondary partner domains (TopStaffingAgencies.com and TopStaffingFirms.com) for the duration of the term.

Basic Listing Pricing

Basic listings are priced at $999 for the first specialty and $500 for each additional specialty. This is a one-time payment for the full listing term. No automatic renewal.

Featured Listing Pricing & Terms

Featured listings are priced at $8,499 per month. The pre-launch special rate of $8,499 covers the balance of 2026 as a flat one-time payment, with the initial launch on August 1st. After the pre-launch period, Featured listings are billed monthly. There is no long-term contract — Featured listings may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Only one company may hold a Featured listing per specialty.

Specialty Inventory

Specialty categories may change over time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify specialty categories. Founding members will receive priority access to newly added categories before they are made available to the general public.
